A Unique Background
Before founding Northmark Finance, Timothy built a diverse career spanning technology and entrepreneurship. As a former AWS Cloud Support Engineer, he developed the analytical and problem-solving skills that now help him find the best lending solutions for his clients.
Timothy is also a 3x acquired founder, having successfully built and exited multiple businesses including Landvalue.au (ranked #3 nationally for "land value" in just 3 months). This entrepreneurial experience gives him a deep understanding of both personal and business finance.
He is the founder of Trainset.ai, an enterprise-grade AI data labeling platform, and runs the Vibe Builders Discord community with over 2,000 members. Timothy also organises the Sydney AI meetup, bringing together AI professionals and enthusiasts across the city.
